Landlord Gas Safety Certificate
Heatfire provides annual Landlord Gas Safety (CP12) certificates with a full inspection of gas appliances, flues and pipework. Our Gas Safe Registered engineers use proven checks and tests, record results in the current approved format and advise on any remedial work. Certificates can be supplied as a one-off service or included in our Essential Service Plans for priority scheduling.

How It Works
Book an inspection
Call or book online to arrange a convenient visit. Tell us property type, number of appliances and whether the CP12 is a standalone visit or part of a service plan.
Full safety checks & tests
Gas Safe engineers inspect boilers, fires, cookers, flues, ventilation and pipework, carry out operational and tightness checks, record readings and note any defects.
CP12 issued & advice given
We issue the approved CP12 gas safety record, give clear guidance on any failed items and can carry out agreed remedial work or provide a written quote.
